Hey Andrew Robinson,
Usually, this behaviour is caused by network issues preventing communications.
I would suggest you to check with your IT team if any firewall might be preventing you to create the extract.
In the meantime, please try these steps:
- Create a new live connection to the data source.
- From the worksheet, right-click the data source and select Extract.
