You will not be able to able to summarize the values of Affiliate and Center and get them to display as "Network", unless "Network" exists as a value in the Center or Affiliate dimension.
So, what you need to do is open the source file using the legacy connection and then convert it into a custom SQL query. You can then union the query to add a new value for "Network" as shown below.

PS: You are not creating 3 dimensions from 1. You are trying to create a new dimension value which does not exist in the data. So, the title is misleading.
