We are using Tableau 9.3 and would need to change the font color based on negative or positive.
Whilst this is possible, it's a pain to set up!
But here's how you do it:
Create a new calculated field..
And drag this to your columns, you will need to place this pill double the number of times you have measures (if you have 2 measures you need this new pill 4 times)...
then make ever other one a dual axis...
Next drag your values to the text marks card of the odd numbered axis (i.e 1 & 3) and change the marks type to text...
on the even numbered ones (2&4), make the colour 100 % transparent..
Edit both bottom axis and remove the name and any tick marks, on both top axis give these appropriate names and remove any tick marks...
On the 3rd marks card (this is the one has profit ratio on text) drag profit ratio to colour....
Last thing to do is remove any zero lines from the format menu...
