Put [Customer] on the filter shelf. When the filter dialog box comes up, select the "Condition" tab. Choose "By Formula". Then put in a formula that looks something like this:
SUM(IF [Order Type] == "Standard Orders" THEN 1 ELSE 0 END) > 0
What this will do is give you all customers that have at least one row where [Order Type] = "Standard Orders", and it will give you all rows for that customer.

The problem with your solution is that if one customer has Standard Orders as well as other types of orders it gets filtered out.
Do you happen to know how I can show all customers which have Standard Orders regardless of which other order types they have?
It shouldn't filter out a customer that has other types of orders. I do this all the time.
