Table with multiple independent date fields

      Hi -

I feel like I should know how to do this but I keep hitting a wall. I'm trying to replicate a table that is simple in Excel but I can't get right in Tableau.

The columns are months of the year and the rows are different metrics: Leads, Consults, Starts. Each of these metrics is independent of one another but when I do this in Tableau my Column pill requires I choose a metric as the baseline - so my figures are filtered through the metric of that first pill choice.

How do I create a table that counts multiple fields and sorts them in the correct month without having to have a "dominant" metric that affects the rest?

I'm trying to replicate something like this: So counting the number of Consults per month, treatments per month, etc.
