# Adding different targets for different KPIs

I have a table aswel as a chart but I cannot seem to work out how to add various/ different targets. I have 5 KPIs and each of them have a different target. I would like another column beside the existing percentages showing me the targets for each KPI and also to RAG if they hit their target. packaged workbook added 10.3.

You could create a calculated field based on Referral Urgency and have it give you the goal

Goal:

IF [Referral Urgency] = 'Nursing Priority 1 - Within 4 Hours' THEN .9

ELSEIF [Referral Urgency] = 'Nursing Priority 2 - Within 48 Hours' THEN .85

ELSEIF [Referral Urgency] = 'Nursing Priority 3 - Within 7 Days' THEN .75

ELSEIF [Referral Urgency] = 'Therapy Priority 2 - Within 2 Weeks' THEN .75

ELSEIF [Referral Urgency] = 'Therapy Priority 3 - Within 4 Weeks' THEN .5

END

Then compare the two fields:

Met Goal?:

IF [Within Target Flag] >= [Goals] THEN TRUE

ELSE FALSE

END

Thanks Joseph, but I am having trouble with the calculated field becoming a dimension and while I convert it to measure it does not give me the right answer. Can you add your solution to the attached file I sent in my previous message please.

Hi Mubasher,

Here you go! I made up the goals, but you should be able to edit those values as you please to get your desired results.
