Hello Ashish - this sounds like what the error message is saying - you need to investigate your browser config to see why connectivity is not being established to the endpoint. The error is pointing to a trust issue with the end certificate to create a secure layer for data.

Note, in my version of neo4j (3.3.1, community) the line to uncomment read "dbms.connector.bolt.listen_address" instead of "dbms.connector.bolt.address" as the link suggested. After uncommenting this, restart your neo4j service. I still had to enter a username and password even though my browser is set up to not require one.
