you may want to refer to background_jobs. You can see more info here: Workgroups Database . The only info that may not be there is the # of rows for a full refresh. It only records # of rows for incremental refreshes as far as I know.
That information in your screenshot is stored locally in Desktop. But you can access the extract refresh information for Tableau Server-run refreshes in the background_jobs table. Or just use the data source I built for analyzing that data, TS Background Tasks.
Thanks Jeff for the information. We are doing full refresh in server and we would like to know the # of rows. from your reply i can see that the possibility is less to know the # of rows.
It would be great if there is any alternate way to figure it out
