Right click on the column header and select Hide.

Hi Mark,
This is actually little bit tough request.
I mean hide the unique combination of Dimension x Measure is tricky.
In the below sample, try to hide Yr 2016 delta.
To define "uniqueness" of this specific column, we need to duplicate all the data source.
Make column unique.

Hi Chuck,
The Header in question is the one
combining the unique Measure Name
with the unique Dimension value.
No way to hide this combo without distorting a viz.
What would work is making Headers from a Set.
This is basically what Shin had suggested.
