Out of curiosity, have you tried with another browser like Firefox, Chrome or Edge for example?
We need to check where does the issue exactly come from first.
Unfortunately no one here on our work network is able to as it is set to automatically redirect to open in IE. And we're only able to view dashboards on our server while connected to the work network, so we're all stuck only being able to view it in IE.
Unfortunately it doesn't help. I'm 100% able to access the dashboard and have it render. It's specifically when I'm in full-screen mode that it becomes 'off'.
Not sure if you have found the fix yet. But we also faced a similar issue and we resolved it via the following steps:
Internet Options -> Advanced -> Accelerated graphics (Check the option 'Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering')
Close and reopen the browser. This worked for us. I would suggest giving it a try.
You may want to define the dashboard dimensions in the Layout tab to a range of 800x600 to 1024x768. This has helped me in the past.
