          Hi Mahesh,

          Tableau 10 supports sp.

A stored procedure is a subroutine available to applications that access a relational database system. When you connect to a SAP Sybase ASE, Microsoft SQL Server, or Teradata database with Tableau, you can use a stored procedure to define the connection.

For Oracle, you can use a table function to define the connection. Oracle table functions act similarly to stored procedures and are listed under Stored Procedures on the Data Source page.

The question asked was about Oracle Stored Procedures and when they will be supported.  Building table functions requires building Object and Collections Types to contain the table data returned in addition to the function, and is not something everyone does.  We use Procedures that return data via an out parameter, and they do not require also creating Objects and Collections.  So can you give any input as to when Tableau will support Oracle Procedures?
