Hi laury sadoun,
Are you using Windows? 32 bits or 64 bits?
You should try any of the following tasks to troubleshoot the issue:
- Empty the Windows TEMP folder (default location: C:\TEMP).
- Limit the size of the extract.
- Use Tableau Desktop on a 64-bit computer.
- Close other applications that you are not actively using.

Thanks for your answer.
I am using windows 64 bit.
Do you know how can I change the default location of the directory to be D:\TEMP?
I have free space in D. I prefer that all the temp file will be automatically directed to this folder.
I'd also love to know this because every time my extracts fail, the whole extract begins again and switches to a live extract that is then impossible to work with. I have a network with lots of space on it for temp files, but it keeps trying to use my small C: drive temp directory. How can I change that?
