# Hide Difference Value if there is no growth

Hi,

I have a worksheet that shows the value of a measure "this week", with the difference of that value from "last week" right next to it. I created a calculated field to get those numbers, but the problem I am having is that I won't always have a value for "last week", so that when it is showing that value, I am instead just getting the difference of this week's value to 0%. Is there any way to hide those values, so that it either says +0%, or nothing at all?

Highlighted in yellow is what I am talking about, and also attaching a packaged workbook here so you can see my calculated field.

Best,

Kate

Kate,

You can replace  [Core Title Diffference by Weeks #no %]  with

if (ABS(SUM( ZN([CORE TITLE (This Week)]*100  ) - ZN( [CORE TITLE (Last Week)] *100) ))) != (SUM( [CORE TITLE (This Week)]*100 ))

then SUM( [Core Title Difference by Weeks # no % ] )

end

So you return the second value only when there is a difference in the Sum of the two values.
