Can you create a dashboard template with just the logo and company info? And then whenever creating a new dashboard, then just use this as the starting point?
Amit, sadly, this feature does not exist in Tableau today.
There are many entries in the Ideas section related to this. You may wish to vote for some or all of them.

How to make dashboard template as starting point? I didn't get this point.
Thanks in advance!
Of course, Jeff is correct - you can do it that way. What he means is, create a dashboard with no actual vizzes in it, just the various containers you want to hold vizzes in the future, plus any images and text in the header and footer areas. Name it "Dashboard Template".
Whenever you want to create a new dashboard, right-click on that Template and select "Duplicate". Then build your new dashboard in the duplicate copy.
The trick is to remember to never work in the Template copy. One idea is to create a workbook that ONLY holds your template(s), and make the file read-only. Then, when you're working in a real workbook and creating vizzes, and you're ready to create a dashboard, you go to that read-only workbook, right-click on the template you want to use and select COPY. You can then paste it into the OTHER workbook.
It's a bit of a pain, but until Tableau adds template management to the base product, it's what we have to do!
Thanks Jeff and Mike,
I got your point. I know its not a complete but optimal solution because some where I need some dynamic featured i.e. Page Number but anyways it is nice idea
