Thanks for the reply.
Our file store status is in constant Synchronizing.
Could this be the issue?

Glen Robinson Jul 12, 2017 1:14 AM (in response to Nathalia pereira)Hi Nathalia
I am not sure that the filestore synching will give this error message when extracts are refreshing.
What happens when you attempt to publish a new extract to the server? Does this work?
Also, is it all extracts that are failing?

Nathalia pereira Jul 12, 2017 3:35 AM (in response to Glen Robinson)Publishing a new extract is working.
Yes, even with filestore synching all extracts are failing.
What we do is reinitiate the server and it works, but later on during the day or mostly at night the extracts start to fail.
the error messages we receive will be either
com.tableausoftware.tdfs.client.NoActiveHostException: No active file store hosts found
or
Historical Failure

5. Re: Problem with extracts on server
Glen Robinson Jul 12, 2017 3:43 AM (in response to Nathalia pereira)Hi
I would open a ticket with Tableau Support for them to investigate this issue.
Generate a zip file of the logs (tabadmin ziplogs) , and attach this to the raised incident
All the best
Glen
