One of our users was getting below error for all dashboards in tableau server yesterday(only for few minutes, started working fine after restarting the browser but performance was bit slow for all users). I know there were some background processes running during that time. Is there a way to find out more details about this error from server logs(if yes where to find them)? Just trying to make sure this is due to the extract process that was running or something else.
