KPI measurement: number of product shipped everyweek in a month

    Haiyong Huang

      Hi Experts,

      I'm new to Tableau dashboard.

I got a requirement to count number of products which shipped everyweek and measure pass/fail percentage by product group per week and month.

If a product is shipped everyweek, it will be counted as one pass product. If it is not shipped in one week, it will be counted as one fail product.

There could be multiple shipments of one product in a week. It shall be counted as only one product for that week or month.

Then the KPI will be grouped in product group. i.e. it measures % of products pass by product group.

Sample as given below, suppose product ship in both week1 and week2 will be consider pass for month.

      ProdGroupProdShipNumWeekShipQty
      G1P1sn1-1wk112
      G1P1sn1-2wk132
      G1P1sn1-3wk234
      G1P2sn1-1wk1123
      G1P2sn1-2wk135
      G2P3sn3-1wk1123
      G2P3sn3-2wk254
      G2P3sn3-3wk22
      G2P4sn4-1wk231
      G2P4sn4-2wk234

      My expectation would be like

      ProdGroupNumProdwk1prodswk2prodswk1passwk2passmthpass
      G1221100%50%50%
      G221250%100%50%

I use LOD { FIXED [Prod Group], [Prod]: COUNTD([Prod]) } to try to count the number of product. But actual result is not as my expectation,

      ProdGroupNumProdwk1prodswk2prodswk1passwk2passmthpass
      G1241400%100%400%
      G2214100%400%100%

Could you help to advise how to get my expectation? Attached is the tableau package file.

      Thanks and regards,

      Haiyong
