Are the extracts failing or are the refreshes not running?
Are you able to provide the error message from the Background tasks Admin view of the failure?
Also, Have you upgraded the server lately?
How do you know it's not working?
Did the owner of the Excel workbook make any changes?
Were permissions changed on the folder that holds the Excel workbook (need to have READ permissions for the Run As User account)?
Did the report author update the Tableau workbook (republish) and forget to uncheck the Include External Files box?
You need to tell use what trouble-shooting you've done to help us narrow down what could be happening.
Extracts are not failing. it appears the refresh schedules are not running daily as per the schedule they are set , and not sure how to troubleshoot that
no server upgrade has been done lately.
I was looking at the Last update and it says Jun 6th.
Should it not say June 12th? or it wont say that if there was no new data in that excel sheet?
i will check on the permission option.
