How do I create a dimension based on an aggregate calculation?

    Scott Buckley

I have the following aggregate calculation called Utilization:

      [Unique Employee Count]/TOTAL([Unique Employee Count])

And the following calculated field called Above/Below Utilization Criteria:

if [Utilization] < [Utilization Criteria] then "Below"

      else "At or Above"

      end

Based on what I have read, Tableau treats Above/Below Utilization Criteria as a measure since [Utilization] is an aggregate calculation.  However, I want this field (or another I create) to be a dimension so that I can put on the color shelf.

Any ideas on how I can do this?  If so, I would really appreciate the help.
