You can't get that from the PostgreSQL repository (not through a typical SQL approach, anyway). Remember that each connection is often going to be comprised of multiple tables joined together. The "tablename" column really doesn't contain much of value, as a result, unfortunately.
You can analyze the Tableau Server logs and get the entire query, or download and parse the XML of each workbook / data source on Tableau Server to look through those. Check out Jeff Strauss's metadata automation tool that he wrote, which takes the latter approach:
