Some of our Tableau Users are unable to connect to Tableau Server from Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server 10.3 is enabled for SAML 2.0 and when Trying to Login, desktop shows Blank Screen. But some users are able to login fine. Also, everyone can login to Tableau server via IE or chrome successfully.
Problem we observed is It works for Some but not for all, also it works via VPN but not on LAN or corporate wifi. Not sure why it Behaves like that,
Please Help, we upgraded to Tableau 10.3 and we don't have it working for all users, users are complaining that they can't connect to the server.
That is really odd and I don't know a solution but I suspect it is a networking configuration issue on peoples devices and not exactly a Tableau problem. You might need to get your IT team to help as well as compare settings of those that work vs. those that don't.
