Thank you for the response but my issue has to do with the calculations- I am familiar with conditional formatting. I think I was unclear.
In the example above, I have 1080 cases on average and a productivity rate of 2.3 on average. These are the results of my AVG calcs in tableau.
I'd like to expand them in increments of, lets say 10% for each row/column, then display the calculated hours required.
From there I can apply formatting.
