I'd suggest you create a case with Tableau Support. If this is their official driver, then only they can help.

I believe there might be an issue with the Teradata driver that is installed on the machine. Reviewing the error message I found the below information from the Progress Knowledge Base.
Follow these steps to install the Windows driver for Teradata:
1. Go to the Teradata Downloads page and sign in.
2. Select ODBC Driver > Windows.
3. Download the latest Teradata ODBC Driver for Windows.
4. Extract the downloaded file and install the drivers.
