    Conditional formatting individual column

    Tony Fahd

Hello, attached is a workbook where I'm trying to do conditional formatting for individual columns. Norbert Maijoor is the best at this. He created two place holders in columns and added the metrics to each placeholder. in the first placeholder called sum A, I have compliance and the conditional formatting. if compliance is less than 2%, I like to see the number in green, if compliance is higher than 2%, I like to see the number in red. the problem is that when I'm selecting multiple months as you can see in the filter, the compliance doesn't look right. it looks like there is overlap of two numbers in the cell. the second column called sum A as well has the target of 2%. I don't want this number to be formatted.

any help on how to avoid this overlap in numbers when selecting multiple months?
