Is the schedule enabled or disabled? It needs to be enabled in order for it to be triggered, perhaps this is why?

I'm not sure then. You may want to go open a support case.

What happens when you do a run now? Then does it get triggered?
Do the other tasks on the schedule get triggered successful? How about other schedules? Is this dashboard on a separate site?
I tried looking at the release notes to see if there were issues with 9.2.0, but the notes appear to be somewhat sparse. Is it easy for you to upgrade? Tableau Server 9.2.1 | Tableau Software

balaji.kolluru May 16, 2017 1:55 PM (in response to Jeff Strauss)Hi Jeff,
The extract ran successfully when I do a run now. The other schedules were picked up at their respective scheduled times and ran successfully. No, the dashboard was not on separate site.

the only explanation I can think of then is that either the extract is newly published and will run the next time that the schedule is triggered. Or maybe somebody temporarily deleted the extract or removed it from the schedule?

sandeep Munagala Jul 20, 2017 4:20 PM (in response to balaji.kolluru)HI Trinadha,
I have a same issue and when ever I see Skipped I usually re-publish the extract/workbook from then I see it runs fine.
Even I am trying to get answer why Tableau does it. But this is what I do to resolve the issue.
Thanks,
Sandeep
