filter -- limit

I have created a filter to show top 10 countries product sales, now at dashboard filter is having following text as well "LIMIT TOP 10 by Sum(sales)"

Can u pls suggest how to remove that text -.-.

alternatively, you can use index instead of putting filter of countries using top n feature.

Can u pls suggest how to remove that text -.-. This text is referring to the title of filters so we have option called edit title and edit this .

In my sample workbook, there is calculation field called [index] which has the index() function, see below snapshot.
