You'll want to use Shapes as your mark type, and use the existing [Growth %] as a label. Put the sizing aggregate onto the Size card - whether that's sum([Sales]) or whatever your base measure is. Size of the shape will be based on your base measure, but labeled with [Growth %].
All marks will show up as the same shape, and you can choose the shape by clicking on the shape card. If you want a bunch of different shapes, based on some field in your data, drop that field onto shapes card.
Not working in what way, the labels are wrong, or just the formatting? You can specify where to draw the labels relative to the mark by clicking on label card and messing with alignment. Similar controls for sizing if you want the shapes to be larger.
