Another option is to use the TS Background Tasks data source I created, and build your own viz: Shareable Data Sources for Tableau Server . One advantage of that method is that it can distinguish between two workbooks / data sources that happen to have the same name. You'll find that if you reverse-engineer the admin view version, it can't do that. Which makes it frustrating to talk to owners of content that has issues, because often there's a test version with the same name created by someone else, possibly in some other Project.
