Hi mehul,

Can you attach a workbook?

Thanks

See attached workbook.

Here is the correct file extension.

Unfortunately still not.

Your data source is SQL server and we cannot access.

Please extract data source and create packaged workbook.

If the data size is too big, please filter the data and extract.

Thanks,

Hi Mehul

Something like this? You can not put formula across worksheet, then need to create particular formula.

[Percentage calc]

countd([Memb Num])/

attr({exclude [Filter Field]:sum({fixed [Club Internal Name],[Join Date],[Cancel Code] :countd(if [Filter Field]="MEM-Basic-MTM" or [Filter Field]="MEM-Fitness-MTM" then [Memb Num] end)})})

reference

[G.Total calc]

{exclude [Filter Field]:sum({fixed [Club Internal Name],[Join Date],[Cancel Code] :countd(if [Filter Field]="MEM-Basic-MTM" or [Filter Field]="MEM-Fitness-MTM" then [Memb Num] end)})}:

Then ,change the filter type to context to make LOD works appropriately.

Filters and Level of Detail Expressions

How do we do this?

COUNTD(IF [Filter Field (group)] == "Gym" AND [Upgraded From Id] == Null THEN [Memb Num] END)

We want the Upgrade From ID to only show values that are Null ---- this does not work

but this does to show all distinct counts

COUNTD(IF [Filter Field (group)] == "Gym" THEN [Memb Num] END)
