I recently made changes to a Tableau dashboard which included adding new columns in the report view, changing the filters and adding new columns to the data extract. None of the existing columns in the extract were removed or renamed. When I published the new dashboard on Tableau Server, my business partners were unable to access their custom views that they saved based on the old dashboard. When they clicked on the custom view link, the page defaults to the new report view. Any thoughts on why this would happen? Thanks.
