Thanks for the prompt reply and for the unique dual axis solution.This is exactly how I would want my Viz to look, but the caveat is will this Viz get updated automatically and show the 2018 year line in the bold color replacing the 2017 one when the data for 2018 flows in as that would be the latest year at that time? Or will I have to go in and manually change the calculations and drag the Sum(2018) to the dual axis position and choosing the 2017 as part of the measure values filter along with 2015,2016 for the Viz to be updated and show like the one you have presented?

if you adjust the following everything will be updated "automatically" when 2018 comes in.
Current Year: if [date (Years)]=year(today()) then [sales] END
Current Year-1: if [date (Years)]=year(today())-1 then [sales] END
Current Year-2: if [date (Years)]=year(today())-1 then [sales] END
If you want to keep 2015,2016 etc then you have to change manually
