# Combine two measures data into one measure

Hi All,

Can any find solution for this.

I am unable to combine two measures out put into single measure. For example Please check below screen and attached workbook.

Here i need to combine lesson 9 attendees form Semester-1 and lesson 1 attendess from Semester-2.

EX: Sem-1 lesson 9 attendees 82

Sem-2 lesson 1 attendees 86

we need : Sem-2 lesson 1 attendees===>86+82=168.

Hi Sreekanth,

Is this what you're looking for?

Best,

Tushar

No Thushar,

In  that report you combined lesson 1 and Lesson 2 attendees

But what I need

combination of leeson 9 attenddes(82) from Semister-1 + Lesson 1 Attendees(86) from semester-2 = 162

We need this 82+86=162 in semester-2 Lesson 1

Please check above screenshots for more details.

Hi Sreekanth,

Is that what you wanted?

Just create a calculated field like this:

IF [Date]='Sem1' THEN [Lesson1]

ELSE

{FIXED [Course]: SUM(IIF([Date]='Sem1',[Lesson9],0))}+

{FIXED [Course]: SUM(IIF([Date]='Sem2',[Lesson1],0))}

END
