    Unable to process alert as csv

      Hi,

       

      I'm in the process of setting up VizAlerts by going through the install guide. I've gotten as far as testing the Advanced Alerts Demo, but I keep getting this error (from the error email):

      The following errors were encountered trying to process your alert:
      General errors:
      Unable to process alert Advanced Alerts Demo as csv, error: nothing to repeat
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------


      The csv file that gets downloaded to C:\VizAlerts\temp looks OK to me, and I was able to trigger a simple alert without any issues. I didn't change anything in the VizAlertsDemo workbook before publishing except for the to/from email addresses.

       

      Anyone know how to fix this?
