Hello Tulu Sahoo,
when you click on a sheet you can see the view data you can download summary data which gives you the data based on you selection.
Thanks for your update... Now I need full data as cross tab but without selecting anything cross tab is disabled . If I will select something and download as cross tab it gives the full data but not in the proper format means in ladder format. Kindly help me how will get the full data as crosstab???
do you mean you want the data to be in the format that it was when you pulled it from database?
when you download the data as cross tab the fields will be in alphabetical order.

Click within an individual worksheet or quick filter on the dashboard and try to export again.
click on the chart that has the data you want to export. You can’t export all of the data for the entire dashboard at the same time, but you can export the data for a single chart or table.
Once you click on a chart, you’ll see a light gray border appear around the chart and now when you click on the export link, the Data and Crosstab options are enabled.
Use report filter and try to download, then it will crosstab to filtered data only.
Simply I want to download whole the data as cross tab without selecting anything on the report. How I can do this? Thanks
Before publishing make sure you have clicked on one of the graphs in the dashboard for which you want data. After publishing, the data download option will be enabled. Instead of crosstab, select 'Data' option in download. Then opt full data and show all records. Now select "download rows as text file. You will get all columns from the DB in excel format.
You can't not "select anything" and download data, this is because Tableau is designed to have multiple sets of data available on a dashboard, in multiple sheets. In effect you are kind of saying 'I'd like to download every bit of data, from every attached dataset, from every pane in the window'. What Tableau is doing, is it is waiting for you to make a selection to indicate which dataset you want to download.
I believe the same rule applies even when there is only one dataset on a dashboard, its just not immediately clear why it is doing this until you understand the functionality I've described above.
