It sounds like you'll probably need to use a datediff calculation. Maybe a formula kind of like this?
DATEDIFF('day', [Last Updated], TODAY())

Thank you for responding. How is that formula able to tell it was updated before 60 days ago? Maybe obvious, but don't know.
Ah, no worries! Sorry I didn't clarify better. I suppose that's what I get for going on the forums before my morning coffee set in
The datediff function will return the number of days between the last updated value and today, so to filter to only the items with days since last update of 60 or more days, you'd want:
DATEDIFF('day', [Last Updated], TODAY()) >= 60
You could flip the operator around to <= 60 if you only wanted the "newer" items (things updated in 60 days or less).
