If I understand your problem correctly, you want to display 0 for all the calculated field on the sheet if the there is no data for that. This is only possible for calculated fields used as Measures. You can use the ZN () function for this. Edit the required calculated fields and just add the existing code in the ZN( < existing code>).

I think, you gave solution to get rid of missing values in a data field.
I also have similar issue(to display 0 or some other value in case whole data is excluded after using the filter in the sheet). Can you please check if below link is of any use?
There needs to be a minimum of a blank row of data for it to appear. The select query is coming back with nothing and therefore Tableau can not display the fields or any information.
pls use any one on this..
if [Number of Records] <1 then '0' END
zn(if [Number of Records] <1 then 0 END)
might be its help you..
'No data' is different than Null values. If you actually have no rows of data for the month of December, then no Tableau won't display anything. If you have rows with Nulls, then you can force the Nulls zero with the ZN() function.
