#1: Please explain what you mean by "use the same data source". Do multiple workbooks:
A) Share the exact same Data Server Data Source
B) Use a "copies" of a data source or the same Custom SQL across multiple distinct data sources
#2: Are these "live" data sources, or do you use extracts?
#3":Can you re-word and explain this sentence a little bit more?
Here my question is the same data source run for two times in server as per schedule basis. so it will impact performance.
What do you mean by "per schedule basis".
for ex i wrote a custom sql like
select * from table;
this source used in both the projects A & B.
here project A contains one work sheet(1.twb) and project B contains same worksheet(in Project A)+Dashboard(2.twb).
two workbooks in two projects having the extract connection.
when i publish these workbooks to server set the scheduling at same time.
- 1.twb to Project A
- 2.twb to Project B
question is these two workbooks having same data source(select * from Table). But it will run two times in server
How should we make it to run only once for the two workbooks.

I believe that the extract will be done once on the server (if the connection is not live but instead extract). Both work books will use the same data source and the data will not be duplicated on the server.
Ok Thank You Carl
Any other ideas plz update to me

I have documented how to use published datasources.
