    Subscription - emailed visualization is not up to date

      I have a dashboard which is hosted on tableau online, which runs on an extract using the tableau sync client. The extract is refreshed every morning at 7AM, and the subscription email is sent at 8AM. The extract refresh is completed well before the email would be sent. The problem is that the email we receive is still not showing the updated data, and is showing the data from the previous day still.  It seems the only way I can get the new data to show is by pressing the refresh button after the extract was run.

       

      Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there something that I am missing here to make these function properly?
