That looks like an error that from Hive that Tableau Server is passing on to you. Have you tried the solutions that are showing when googling that error? Google

Thank you Nathan for the valuable info, my issue is happening in the server level where the extracts are not running successfully, in tableau Desktop the extracts run fine with no issues
If Desktop works but Server does not, that could mean there is a drivers issue on the computer running Tableau Server.
