Dynamically change labels of columns, filter

I Have a question about translations in Tableau 9.0 - text table view.

I know you can change display name of column in Tableau Desktop (Right click on Dimension or Measure -> Rename...). But this change is static.

Column names, filter names and other stuff come from SQL query and you can rename it in Tableau Desktop.

As I searched here on Tableau forums I found a lot of threads asking the same question.

And I also find a thread saying changing name is not a good idea Ideas surrounding the topic of dynamic field names.  I disagree with them.

In this thread The specified item was not found.  Kettan says this is not possible.

What I want is to change the labels of Filters and Column names on the fly with a help of a parameter.

I did find a pdf document (https://www.tableausoftware.com/sites/default/files/media/whitepaper_how_to_localize_content_in_tableau.pdf) on http://www.theinformationlab.co.uk/2013/12/16/localisation-tableau/ that does something similar. But I don't know how to implement it.

I like this solution very much as it doesn't temper with SQL query (it only change labels in Tableau report. See solution with CSV translation file).

I have created a CSV file and import it as second data source. But now I don't know how to change labels with a help of parameter. Is this doable?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I had searched a lot on Tableau forums and it seems this feature is not in Tableau. Correct me if i'm wrong.

      Best regards,
