Hi Monalisa, what you are asking for is not easy, but the i'll recommend the following website for instructions. The author, Shin, does a fantastic job of instructions.
The method in the link below is a little easier, but requires "union" of your data to itself, which could be an issue if your data source is large. Re: Shout-out for Shin!
The second method requires aligning three worksheets on a dashboard, which can sometimes be tricky. Re: Shout-out for Shin!
There is a third method, but it requires more data preparation steps, which can be done with several manual Excel, steps, or if you want to automate the data prep process for re-use, then use Excel PowerQurey aka Get & Transform (if data is not big), or Alteryx or SSIS if data is big.
I've used all three, and they all have upside and downside.Re: Shout-out for Shin!
