Small change in the logic.
If benchmark=Yes then Green. if Benchmark = No then red.
Thanks for your reply.
I just want coloring to account names. If a particular account has Benchmark -Yes that account should be in Green.
If a particular account has Benchmark -No that account should be in Red.
And I am using Tableau 9 Version. Kindly send me the version 9 workbook or the logic with screenshot. I would be helpful.
Instead of taking benchmark in text field, use account name.
Yes exactly. Could you send me the exact steps to do so.
Sudhakar helped me regarding this.

I'm glad that you found my post helpful.
In the example I had posted, I had kept 'Account Names' as a place holder on the rows shelf to keep the account names aligned.
Then placed 'Account Names' on Text of the Marks shelf.
Created a pill named ' Benchmark Color' using the following calc:
Then placed the new pill on Color of the Marks shelf. Changed 1 to green and 0 to red.
There you have it.
Now you may be limited as what you can do, as per adding other measures. There are various ways to go about this.
I've recently help another person on the forum with something similar, that might be helpful to you.
