Laxmi, please read the documentation that comes with TabJolt, beginning on page 16. You'll see mentions of these plans with pointers for you to do additional self-study. These are simply ways of making the threadpools behind TabJolt behave differently. It's up to you to experiment and "teach yourself" how they work.
I have gone through that doc and many links on tabjolt but it did not explained how to use throughput Shaping timer in IntercatVizLoadTest_RPSPattern.
I was trying to use jp@gc - throughput Shaping timer in IntercatVizLoadTest_RPSPattern but it was not executed and it execute script based on InteractVizRPSThread.
In jp@gc - throughput Shaping timer I have given start RPS as 1 And end RPS as 20 but when I run script using go in cmd it runs for 1000 user that was mentioned in InteractVizRPSThread so how can I run that script based on start RPS and end RPS which I defined under jp@gc - throughput Shaping timer?

The stepup/RPS/ultimate patters are implemented by JMX - If you want to learn about them, the place to learn about them is in the JMX documentation.
As you can see on page 16 of the TabJolt docs, there are hyperlinks that forward you to the appropriate JMX docs. If you have questions about how these patterns work, you should ask about them in a JMX forum
