# Help with a formula how to separate this

Good morning guys, I have the next information

but I wanna just keep the tel. that have a Abandoned and then succes like u see in the 111 number, to see what calls where abandoned and then they call again for that Motivo 'ventas', how just to keep those tels?  I am attaching my workbook

pay attention to the computing configuration of both filters. (compute using specific dimension - select all and restart on Tel.)

thanks for ur anwer, but how can this numbers like to show as example from all the abandoned calls this % called again and this % is the number or calls and recall and where for 'ventas'?

yes what I want , but just one question those are the calls that were abandoned and then recall, or are you taking all the calls?

I saw the workbook, I want something like that but taking the tel were is abandoned to know if they call again and if they call to know the % of what in every category but only if they have an abandoned call, as example I want to know if a tel have an abandoned and then a seccess count that call and then get the percent of all the abandoned calls how many where for ventas
