Because your columns are defined by years, you're not going to create extra columns on that sheet. There is no "year" for DIFF, for example. But you can create extra sheets and position them on a dashboard so that they look like extra columns on the first sheet.
You can do whatever cosmetic work you need to make it look seamless on the dashboard. (You probably could put the two new measures on one sheet, but I just did a quick-and-dirty demo of what you need to do here.)

I was really hoping that there would be a way to have all of the columns in one worksheet. Oh well. Thanks again for the reply and for the example.
Sorry I forgot to mention in the post that I'm still on v8.2. Upgrading to v10 next week!!!
