We'll need a bit more details to be able to set you on a path to resolution. What does the customer see when navigating to the view? A screenshot would be great. Also, I would suggest having the user press F12 in the browser to load the console and then click on the network tab and then navigate to the view. There should be additional details captured in the network tab that may shed some light on the solution or where to investigate next.
