I'd suspect that this is a problem with the ODBC driver that you are using. I would start by reaching out to its creator to see if they can help with this issue. Tableau does not impose data limits in any way so I have to think there is something strange going on in the back and forth between the DB and Tableau at the driver level.
Thanks for the reply Dan, We are suspecting the same from our end but how would we find the solution for the same , please suggest the way to find the solution so that it would be helpful for us to proceed further.
I'd be willing to bet whoever made the driver either knows about the issue and has a workaround or will tell you that it is a plain limitation. I cannot be certain but as you have found what the exact issue is, there probably isn't much that can be learned from the Tableau logs. I think the only real option is to contact the owner of the driver.
I have downloaded the ODBC driver from the datastax website
I Can able to fetch the data up to 100 thousand when the no of column is 5 , if the no of column is increase as well as no of rows increase database is not allowing to fetch the data.
Please let me know the solution.

Can you just try and use different driver, and check if the same issue occurs or not,
I am using DS driver(reference of this link:- Connect Tableau with Cassandra – Tableau Learning Blog )
and my cassandra table has around 5 Lac records and i am successfully able to fetch them in tableau
