    Title Inserts Showing '*' instead of 'ALL'

      Hello Everyone,

          I’m having a problem with my title inserts not working correctly when nothing is selected.


      Here is a screen shot of what my dashboard looks like:

      The issue is by the “Pre-Ship Issue” and the “Aging by Booked Date” where it indicates ‘*’ instead of ‘All’ like it does for “Order State” and “Order Type”.


      My first problem was the inserts indicating ‘None’ when something was selected and found after some reading a workaround using a calculated field “Pre-Ship Issue Insert”: (IF [Pre-Ship Issue Bins]=[Pre-Ship Issue Bins] THEN {Pre-Ship Issue Bins] END). This worked in fixing that issue, but now won’t indicate ‘All’ when nothing is selected.


      The only thing I can think of is that both the Pre-Ship Issue Bins and Booked Aging Bins are calculated fields where Order State and Order Type are data source fields, but have no idea how I would go about fixing this.


      Has anyone had this issue before? Is there a way to fix this or a workaround to this issue?
