tabcmd .pdf export to shared drive isn't displaying data

      Hello Fellow Tableauers!

I'm having a very hard time with a tabCMD function. So a little background... the tableau report in this particular situation is for our Sales guys. The report has a filter with each Sales Agent name. There are I don't know 200 guys!

Anyway the way the report works is you click on the filter in the dashboard. select an agent, and can see data for that particular guy.

Tabcmd part: So I created a tabcmd where I can pull the report, by name, create a pdf and dump it into an online shared drive, Sharepoint. This worked wonders in the past. Everyone could go to the site click on their name and get their pdf report!

Problem: Once I have run the script I go into the Sharepoint drive and find that the reports have been generated but, NO DATA. The reports do not have any data in them. I am wondering what could have cause this?

I looked at the following causes and made changes:

      • publish the data source which is an excel file to the server.
        • I figured maybe it isn't retrieving the data ran it again and same problem.
      • Remove a userfilter... ran it... same problem
      • Opened a report from last quarter instead of use the one I built from scratch.
        • Simply switched the data sources and published that over the old one... ran it... same problem

I'm honestly running out of options I have no idea why this is occurring.

      tabcmd script:

      cd C:\Program Files\Tableau\Tableau Server\9.3\extras\Command Line Utility\
