You can remove any lines on any chart by right-clicking on your chart, then selecting 'Format'.
Once there, you can click on either of the 2 options, depending on which lines you want to remove.
If you want to remove the 'Row' and 'Column' lines, choose the line box.
If you want to remove 'Grid Lines', the 'Zero line', etc. from your graph, select the paint brush.
You can go from there.

- Right click to FORMAT the viz
- Check your Lines first to make sure GRID LINES are turned off.
- You may also need to format your Borders, too, to make sure they read NONE:
It's likely you don't want all of your borders to disappear, so work slowly and take notice of which actions give you the results you are after
